Jonathan

Jonathan is in the United States Air Force and works on F16 fighter jets. His job is Tactical Aerospace Maintenance Specialist (TAMS). He is from Christiansburg, Virginia but he's only been home a couple times in about 4 or 5 years because he's been stationed in Texas, Arizona, South Korea, and is currently stationed in New Mexico. I never thought I could maintain such a great relationship with someone over the phone. He knows more about me than a lot of people do. I miss him!

(4/19/03) UPDATE: Jonathan returned to the United States from deployment in the Middle East. Thank heaven!

This is Joseph. He's from Hollywood, California. He's done some way cool stuff. The most recent cool thing he's done was his birthday party..... it was at night......in a cemetary! (pictured below)

He's fun to email with because he sends me things that he's written and pictures that he's drawn. Every email holds a surprise.

This is a picture from Joseph's birthday party in the cemetary and below is a picture of a frog that he drew using pen and ink and graphite. Looks real, doesn't it?! He has come up with some pictures that are amazing. I'll put some more on here soon.

Jon Wood (all the way down this column) Jon races trucks in the Craftsman Truck Series. I first met him at the New River Valley Speedway. He's come a long way. He's originally from Stuart, Virginia but just recently moved to Michigan, then to North Carolina to continue his move UP in the race world. His potential is obvious, and being a Virginian, I hope he kicks butt! Above: Jon in his Eldon truck duds... Below: Jon is pictured with the admiral. He is sponsored by the Navy Above: Random pre-race pic. Gotta love it! This is August of 2002. Jon raced in his first ever Busch Series Race in Jeff Burton's #9 Gain Ford. He started 6th, raced up as far as 4th position, and then finished the race in 6th place. Cool! BELOW: JULY 5, 2003--JON WOOD WINS AT KANSAS RACEWAY!!!
